Traditional Hummus


Ingredients

  1. 2 cups (soaked or canned) organic garbanzo beans

  2. 1/2 cup organic cold pressed olive oil

  3. 1 tsp. tahini

  4. 1 tsp. Himalayan sea salt (more or less to taste)

  5. 2 lemons (freshly squeezed)

  6. Fresh cracked pepper

Here’s How

  1. Toss ingredients (excluding salt and pepper) into a high speed blender or food processor (I used a Vitamix) and pulse until desired consistency.

  2. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve with choice veggies.

  4. Fresh hummus saves 4+ days. Enjoy!
