Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
Yield: 1 cup // Serving size: 2 Tbsp Calories: 141 Fat: 15g Carbs: 1g Protein: 2g Sugar: <1g
1/4 cup organic heavy whipping cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup organic crumbled blue cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Whisk together the mayo, lemon juice, and heavy cream.
Add blue cheese and fresh cracked pepper. Stir well.
Add salt if desired.
Leftover dressing can be transferred to a glass jar and stored for 3-5 days.
