2 large handfuls dense leafy’s (spinach, kale, or watercress are best)
1 large handful fresh bok choy
3 stalks celery
1 handful fresh parsley
1 inch piece ginger
1 inch piece turmeric
4 drops Oil of Oregano
1 teaspoon Chlorella
1 teaspoon Spirulina
Juice the first 7 ingredients.
Whisk in the last 3 ingredients.
Have a chaser on hand.
Store in refrigerator for 72 hours (if cold-pressed). 12 hours with a traditional juicer.
