We offer a 10-day refund period for "Exclusive Experience" purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you put in the work. We understand there are certain extreme cases in which weight loss is absolutely governed by genetic predispositions or hormone deficiencies. In which case, you are absolutely entitled to a full refund.
With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 10 days of program completion. You may request your money back by emailing email@example.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase.
You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the "Exclusive Experience" without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined below:
In order to qualify for a full refund you must meet the following requirement:
Completion of the program in its entirety (all 24 sessions, all 6 months) without reasonable weight loss.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items (which are all taught within the Exclusive Experience):
A link or copy of your food journal for the last six months (PDF, MP3 or MP4).
Evidence of weekly weigh-ins.
A letter of explanation verifying that you struggled to achieve results throughout our six months together.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
